Photo and Document Assistance
- As part of our onboarding process, we go through a checklist of photos and documents to include on every file. We walk through several of your files to advise on additional photos to get when you are on site. With our checklist, it should be easy to get what we need to document the file for supplements.
Write the Supplement
- Our experts then create a supplement that includes all details collected during the inspection along with any relevant documents to be submitted to the Insurance company.
Follow Up With Insurance Company
- Our team follows up with the Insurance company to get updated scopes and review any questions they may have regarding the supplement. We work hard to have a good working relationship with adjusters and find a way to get you paid for the work you are completing.
